We are looking for a Dispatching Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- US work authorization (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Build rapport with drivers, brokers, shippers and receivers
- Identify drivers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell rates when booking loads
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Maintain files for drivers, brokers, and clients in a shared folder database
- Be able to work in a remote environment and sill stay on task.
Skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Requirements
- Internet Connection (preferability high-speed)
- Laptop or Desktop computer (preferability a MAC)
- Must be able to start early (depending on location)
